General conditions Consultancy services may be provided under the following modalities:
Consulting services to the beneficiary countries relating activities sponsored by the Bank such as (i) identification, prefeasibility and feasibility studies, including environmental impact assessments; (ii) project appraisal; (iii) implementation and supervision; (iv) technical assistance related to the rehabilitation of projects in difficulty; and (v) ex-post evaluation.
Consulting services provided by Portuguese individual consultants to support specific Bank activities consistent with the objective and functions of the Bank to be carried out at the Bank's headquarter or in the country offices in the beneficiary countries.
Consultancy services to provide technical assistance to the public administration and government agencies of the poorest borrowing member countries of the Bank, to be carried out in the territory of those beneficiary countries. Up to the equivalent of EUR 300,000 will be used for these consulting services.
